HOW IT WORKS

1. We rent space to dealers who wish to sell vintage items 20 years old or older. Our shop sells vintage furniture, decor, printed media, art, electronics, and clothing.

2. Each dealer is like a business within a business. You will need to invest in stock to sell and turn it over every 3 to 6 months if it does not sell.

3. You will need to promote your booth on your own social media weekly and with printed cards/fliers provided by the store.

4. Fill your booth completely full from top to bottom to maximize the profitability of your space while curating it in a shoppable and appealing way.

5. Work on your booth weekly to keep it clean and maintained. Check your prices and move things around. Energy spent in your booth always increases sales.

6. Offer quarterly sales discount on aged items to keep your stock fresh and appeal to people looking for a good deal.

7. Be open to change. Customers taste in styles change often. We must strive to keep up with current trends and be open to new ideas and items to offer. 

8. Rent is $6 per square foot plus 17% commission on all sales with a $20 monthly fee used for marketing.

    We are a community of dealers who love to share our collective knowledge in this industry and collaborate on projects. We generally have dealer meeting monthly and we strongly encourage your attendance.
